We had an amazing time at Marcopolo Inn Hostel Bariloche. the first floor with the kitchen, bar, and pool table created a great atmosphere for socializing and sharing travel stories with other guests. the inclusion of breakfast and dinner made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. the staff, especially Victor, the receptionist, was incredibly professional and friendly. Victor went above and beyond to meet our needs and was an excellent communicator, speaking fluent English and Italian. the dorm layout was nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Despite the hostel having a bar, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a day of adventure activities.
Felt great, no complaints at all.

The location of the hostel was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The 24-hour reception and friendly staff were a plus, providing helpful information and storing our bags.
The cleanliness of the rooms was below average, with mold on the walls and a sticky toilet seat. The heating system was malfunctioning, forcing us to keep the window open for ventilation.

I chose this hotel for a conference and was glad to find that they had computer terminals at reception. This made it convenient for me to catch up on work and stay connected during my stay.
The only thing I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace where I could have a quiet and private environment to focus on my tasks.

I chose this hotel for attending my appointment as they provide computer terminals at reception. The facilities were convenient and allowed me to easily access my work-related tasks without any hassle.
I wish they had offered a printing service as it would have been helpful for me to have hard copies of important documents for my work.

The decoration in the hotel's general areas was lovely and reminded me of a cozy mountain cabin. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was great, with an elevator available to easily reach all the floors.
I would have preferred the children working there to be more attentive and provide better service for senior guests.

We stayed at a hostel that was located on a quiet street, but only a ten minute walk to the town centre. the hostel was down four flights of stairs, which made it a bit challenging when we had to carry our heavy bags. the location was convenient as it was on a street with many other hostels, ensuring that there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby.
One negative aspect of the hostel was the lack of communication between staff members and guests.
